Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Tunisian Thonny Pack Development Team and its licensors. The "Thonny" IDE itself is open-source software licensed under the MIT License, originally created by Aivar Annamaa.

The Tunisian localization, packaging scripts, and associated artwork are the property of this project. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the "Tunisian Pack" branding without our express written permission, except as permitted by the open-source licenses of the underlying software.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Specifically, regarding the software download:

  • Redistribution: You are free to redistribute the software to students and teachers for educational purposes.
  • Commercial Use: You may not sell the Tunisian Thonny Pack or bundle it with paid software without explicit permission.
  • Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to reverse engineer the installer to extract proprietary localization keys or bundle malicious software.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunisian Thonny Pack, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
